Live and Experience Leucadia

Leucadia Real Estate, Leucadia Homes For Sale

LeucadiaA small beachside community within Encinitas, Leucadia embodies old California. There is a pleasant mix of about 7,000 artisans, surfers, and families living a quiet beach lifestyle here.  While surrounding communities have experienced more growth than they could handle, Leucadia has retained its old-time charm and most residents don’t want that changed. Leucadia is about 25 miles from downtown San Diego and is bordered by Carlsbad to the North and the main portion of Encinitas to the South.

Leucadia’s surf scene rivals some of the best in San Diego County and around the world.  Beacon’s is one of the more popular surf spots and includes a long, winding trail down to a white sandy beach.  Being off the beaten path a bit, it is not as crowded as some of its neighboring communities are, especially in the summer months.  Downtown Leucadia fronts Pacific Coast Highway and includes an ecletic mix of cafes, restaurants, and quaint owner-run shops.

Typically students attend San Dieguito Union High School.  There are endless options when it comes to real estate here from small blufftop condominiums to single family homes, to oceanfront estates.  If you are looking to settle down in a place you love and don’t want to have to worry it will be changed into something you don’t like over time, Leucadia is a wonderful option.

Shannon graduated with a Business Administration Degree from USD and has spoken in the business department and to the Alumni on Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Global Manufacturing and its relation to the U.S. Economy.

“My personal experience in buying and selling real estate has been financially as well as emotionally rewarding. For years I have contemplated a career in real estate where I could enjoy what I do. My extensive real estate knowledge of San Diego has helped me spot solid investment properties in our area and capitalize on those investments. I look forward to sharing that experience and helping others find their dream home.”

Shannon’s philosophy on servicing your real estate needs:

“My goal is to dedicate myself to representing the interests of my clients in all aspects of the buying and selling process.”

“Buying or selling can often be an emotional process. My mission is to make the transition for you as smooth as possible. If you choose me as your realtor, I will be by your side through all the steps of the buying/selling process. As my client, I will be primarily concerned with representing your needs.”
