This 16,900-home community in Sun City West is located 2.5 miles to the west of Sun City, Arizona. Del Webb constructed this neighbourhood between 1978 and 1997. Locals have full access to Sun City West's well-equipped recreation centers as well as pursue physical and social activities. Golfers of all skill levels will be put to the test on the Deer Valley Golf Course’s difficult course. Nearly all the golf course’s greens are bordered by over 800 palms, which not only add to the picturesque landscape of the course’s rolling terrain but also can interfere with strokes. Some of the greens, which are huge, undulating, and frequently challenging to read, are protected by sand bunkers. Additionally, five of the greens have two levels. There are ten ponds on the course, and five of them are in play. At Deer Valley, there are some dogleg fairways that increase the challenge.

The fairways are broad and flanked by thick forests, and the course’s greens are undulating. Even though the course is mainly flat, there are a few small, rolling hills that could lead to uneven lies. Sand bunkers and water hazards are present on four of the 18 holes. Golfers have access to the chipping area and putting green, and the course also features a fully stocked pro shop.

Water hazards are created by ponds that are scattered over the golf course and are present on six of the holes. Strategically placed sand bunkers and some elevated tees and greens also add to the difficulty of the course. Golfers of all skill levels and abilities can play the course because it has four sets of tee boxes. The Trail Ridge Golf Course facility also has practice areas, such as a chipping and putting green, as well as a pro shop that is fully equipped.

The executive-length Stardust Golf Course has a traditional layout with just enough challenges to appeal to golfers of all levels and abilities. The terrain is gently rolling, resulting in some uneven lies. The fairways are lined with stately trees on both sides, providing plenty of shade around the tees and greens. Three holes feature water hazards, and sand bunkers are strategically placed throughout the course. Aside from the course, there are practice facilities such as a putting green and chipping area. In order to play at the Stardust Golf Course, guests must be accompanied by a member.
