Dennis O’Dorisio’s practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, franchise litigation, real estate, insurance, and employment law. Mr. O’Dorisio is a native Californian and a graduate of St. Mary’s College, California and California Western School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. O’Dorisio represents international clients and has been lead counsel in multimillion dollar transacÂ¬tions and litigation involving South American and Asian entities. He also represents real estate developers and has prosecuted and defended major construction defect cases in connection with his representaÂ¬tion of developers and condominium homeowners associations. More recently, Mr. O’Dorisio has defended employers, including national and international public figures as well as substantial local businesses, against employee claims, including sexual harassment, gender discrimination and wrongful termination.
In addition to practicing law in San Diego for over thirty years, Mr. O’Dorisio has served on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society (local and state level), the United Way and various committees at the San Diego Yacht Club. He has served on the Alumni Board of Directors at California Western School of Law and the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Society. Prior to law school, Mr. O’Dorisio served in the U.S. Army as an intelligence officer.
